Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Bescherelle mobile application ("the App") operated by Bescherelle ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or computer systems through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Subscriptions

Some parts of the App are made available on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your app store account management settings or by contacting us.

A valid payment method, including credit card or an app store payment account, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account.

4. Content

The educational content provided through the App, including but not limited to verb conjugation tables, lessons, exams, and language data, is provided for educational purposes only. While we strive for linguistic accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors.

All content in the App is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content available through the App without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bescherelle, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
